History: Kyoko has always tried to be a good girl, diligent at her work and well-liked by her peers, if not particularly especially good at anything. When she and her brother were still little, however, she got kidnapped on the way home and her brother got beat up by high schoolers for being a cocky little kid. After this incident, Kyoko was very upset with her brother for fighting and with herself for letting this happen to her brother because of her. Ever since then, she has been suspicious of others and overprotective of her brother. Becoming quick to judge others and good at reading their ulterior motives, Kyoko's character twisted.

So as not to worry her family, however, she maintained her pretense as a good girl and worked hard to get even better at it. She studied harder than ever so her grades would improve, and put more effort into actively maintaining her image so that her classmates would like her. As a result, though most everyone at school loves her, few seem to know or really care about her, and she has felt distant to and to some extent disgusted by everyone except her cynical best friend Hana and her family.

Tsunayoshi Sawada, a boy she had never more than pitied before, has since come to her attention as an odd and rather pathetic duck with a few surprising traits. So far she distrusts him and his first impression as a pervert hasn't really gone away, but she is a little curious about the change in air around him and something tells her he's not ill-intentioned. Probably.​
