<Meister Partner>
Seung-ah Kalinin (currently)
<Weapon Appearance>
"Hey, who told you that siblings have to be exactly the same type of weapon?"

<Abilities>
Seung-gi doesn't have any special quality, but he can also extend the length of his weapon form, wrap around objects with some accuracy, and is not breakable. He and his sister are different however, in that, as with any whip's properties, he rebounds quickly, and is better for stunningly quick strikes than for carefully laid traps, like she is.
<Personality>
"Hasn't anyone ever told you you need to learn to be a bit more... oh, I don't know, flexible?"
If his sister is the calm, then this boy is definitely the storm. Seung-gi experiences joy, anger, and grief at extremes, and he decided quickly that in the world outside of his jacked up family, it's best to make sure everyone knows it. While a naturally gentle person towards those who seem to need it, he is honest about his emotions, and they can be rather explosive in the views of other people. While he doesn't trust anymore easily than his sister does, he deals with his people issues much more directly than she does. In some ways it is precisely because of this quality that he moved on from his past much better than she did. When necessary, though, he is a shockingly good liar, and could probably beat pros at poker. He is just as self-sufficient as Seung-ah, but has a soft spot for his mother, who still seems to believe he'd never be able to protect himself if he were on his own. He is very protective of those he cares for. Lastly, Seung-gi is notable for his inability to concentrate on any one thing for longer than five seconds, and a mischievous smile that seems to come with a sharp wit and an enduring sense of humor.
<History>
"What's it to you? You don't have a thing for me, do you?"
Seung-gi's upbringing was nothing like his sister's. He grew up on the streets knowing nothing but poverty. As a child, he simply accepted that as reality, begging for food, stealing when things got really bad, challenging people at cards for profit in quarters. Little by little, however, he came to realize the truth about his mother. Nadya Markov had been in the sex trade. A careless night had given him to her, and she'd been forced to quit. Unable to find a proper job, however, and unwilling to return to the sex trade while she had a son, she was unable to support him properly, and had landed them on the streets before he could even begin to remember anything about his life. His life was hard, and that loving woman was the only one who made every hard day worth it. He never asked her anything about his father, instinctively knowing that it was a taboo subject, but he would sometimes wonder who exactly this person was, and if he knew that he existed. When they had scrounged enough, he knew his mother tried writing letters to someone for help, but there was no way his father could know he was alive, right? He wasn't naive enough to think there weren't bad people out there, but there couldn't be anyone out there who would not even acknowledge his own son. He didn't remember exactly when the girl with the weird stare first started coming around, but he did know that she unsettled his mother quite a bit at first. His mother had stared like the little girl was a ghost, and he had watched her leave with relief. But somehow the two of them could not get rid of her, she just kept coming back. Eventually, Nadya seemed to get used to her presence, and Nikolas, as he used to be known, came to respect and trust her. True, her clothing and the money she brought told him right off the bat that she wasn't like them, but she obviously cared a great deal for him and his mother, for whatever reason that was, and was always willing to listen to the complaints he'd never been able to tell anyone. She was a very serious character, and he almost never saw her smile, but sometimes he could get her to do it with a well-placed joke. She was... comfortable, like a sister. To think that when he was eight he'd discover that she actually WAS his sister. She turned his life over just like that, she and her family. He fought against the change at first, but his mother persuaded him that it was what she wanted and he agreed on the condition that he be allowed to send her letters in pre-stamped return envelopes. His father and mother largely ignore him in private, and treat him well in public, and he has never forgiven them for leaving him and his mother destitute like that, but, in his mind, he has decided that they are not even worth his hatred.
<Other>
Although he might be a little firecracker, he is an obedient son to his biological mother, and quiet and unobtrusive at home. He gets along with people well enough, but hates it when anyone besides his sister try to wield him as a weapon.
