Erik

Erik is a strong werewolf in his late teens. As a human, he has rough black hair and deep-set, dark brown eyes that turn red when he uses wolf abilities. He is relatively muscular, but not buff, and has sharp, refined features. As a wolf, he is large, with black fur and permanently red eyes. He has been acting as the alpha of the wild pack for the past two years, since the previous alpha died. The previous alpha was essentially the foster father who found him as a lost child with no memories and no apparent family and took him in. When he was younger, a wolf from the tame pack, around his age, joined their wild pack, and the two became friends. Erik wouldn't admit it aloud, but he even began to harbor feelings for her. It didn't take long for her to abandon them, though, and return to her tame pack to become their alpha. Now that the two of them are opposing pack leaders, Erik has had to bury his feelings and put his pack first in an extremely delicate time. Having spent the last two years unable to show even a little weakness and trying to provide for his pack, even as the humans encroach ever further into their woods, Erik is worn down and tired, and things seem even rockier as the tensions between the two packs rise. He has been trying his best to prevent war, but fears that it will become inevitable, if things keep going the way they are. At the same time, something is keeping him from simply moving the pack to a more remote location, and as much as he tries to justify that decision, a part of him worries that the desire to stay close to a certain someone is clouding his judgment.
